Ghani also took some shots: “And in an address to his country’s Parliament this week, Mr. Ghani — who felt forced to the negotiating table by the United States — complained about an ‘imported, hasty’ peace process. ‘The Taliban do not believe in lasting or just peace,’ he added.”
